This day in history Sandra Day O'Conner became the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court.
Today, in honor of Sandra Day O'Conner and in respect to the passing of another Supreme Court woman, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who passed away on the 18th of this month. We are giving away a download from our upcoming Portraits and Profiles Packet: Women's History that features 4 of the Supreme Court women who have changed history.
This is one of our remote learning sheets, where notebooking activities can be created around the stackers we have provided. We hope that this sheet helps teach about the incredibly important women in the Supreme Court and how they have helped change our government and our world.
